This is quick to cook in one pot. This stew that you can keep in rotation for lunch or dinner. MUST SERVE WITH RICE. What’s the recipe?

Chicken Adobo

  • 1 3 LB Chicken (breast, drumsticks, your preference)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1-2 heads garlic, crushed
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp peppercorns
  • salt to taste


  1. Put ALL ingredients in the pot except for the salt. 

    Let it marinate for 30 minutes. 

    After marinating the chicken, boil on low for 30 minutes and add salt to taste. 

    Stir it and ready to serve.

Recipe Notes

Everyone has a different play on chicken adobo. So you can tweak it if you'd like. Sometimes we change the proteins for it.
